About this Photograph
We
journeyed to Ruby Beach hoping to capture a sunset
with the beaches famous sea stacks. However it
soon became obvious that our dreams of sunset
were being overtaken by fog. As I made my way
back through the maze of drift wood a came upon
a behemoth piece of wood with what seemed to be a perfect porthole carved in to it. I used it to frame this photograph of the haunting seascape of Ruby Beach.
