About this Pregnancy Photograph
Maternity photography seems to focus on the intimacy of the entire process and rightfully so. With this shot I tried to go for the exact opposite. There is no face, no name, and located no where recognizable. In a way it brings out feelings of loneliness and dispair. A single mom, surrounded by a world of black and grey.
